What is the cost of the subscription?

What does the subscription include?

Your subscription includes the use of the license during the subscription period, all upgrades (from minor changes to major updates) and access to our Helpdesk support service.

What are the types of Icad subscriptions?

You can subscribe to Icad on a monthly or annual basis, whichever you prefer.

Can I change my subscription plan if my needs change over time?

Yes, you can change to a higher plan at any time to adapt it to your needs.

In addition to the subscription, do I have to pay for any additional services?

If this is your first subscription, you will need to perform a training course, which has an additional cost. If you are already a customer and need more licenses of the same type, you will only pay for the additional licenses, with no extra charges, unless you request a refresher course or hourly training. Is there a free trial period available?

How will I receive and install my license?

You will receive an email with your license information, along with simple installation instructions.

What are the minimum requirements to install any Icad software on my computer?

-Processor: I7 or higher.
-Memory: 16 GB RAM.
-Disk: SSD recommended to speed up the operating system and applications.
-Dedicated graphics card with at least 4GB of memory (we recommend NVIDIA RTX 2060 or GTX 1060Ti).
-Minimum screen resolution of 1920 x 1080.
-Operating system: Windows 64-bit.

In which languages are Icad softwares available?

Icad is available in English, Spanish, Italian, Russian, Chinese, Turkish, French, Portuguese and Greek.

Can I work with my suppliers remotely with Icad?
