Our exclusive partners in China, ISM (International Shoe Machinery), once again brought Icad to LeatherTech Bangladesh, the country’s leading international footwear trade fair, held from December 4 to 6 at the International Convention City Bashundhara (ICCB) in Dhaka.

LeatherTech brought together manufacturers, suppliers, and industry experts from more than eight countries, showcasing the latest machinery, materials, and technological solutions for the footwear industry.

In this context, ISM had the opportunity to present Icad to local manufacturers and distributors, highlighting the software’s ability to optimize footwear design and production processes and improve product quality.

Icad generated strong interest among professionals looking to increase efficiency and productivity, with its innovation, power, and ease of use highly valued.

The exhibition produced very positive results, but the most rewarding aspect was receiving feedback from companies already using Icad. These companies have managed to master the software with skill, moving from “passive acceptance” to “active creation”, applying Icad creatively and independently, and directly contributing to the transformation of footwear development processes. This digital transformation is significantly advancing the footwear industry in Bangladesh.

In addition, following the fair, the ISM team received visits from major local groups, strengthening collaboration opportunities and consolidating relationships within the local industry.
